JBL double tap + quick disconnect coupling
For connecting & disconnecting as well as shutting off hoses on the aquarium

• A quick disconnect coupling helps when technical devices such as external filters need to be disconnected from hoses mounted on the aquarium in order to clean them
• Installation: cut hose, attach hose ends to quick disconnect coupling and secure against slipping with lock nuts
• Fresh and sea water resistant, extremely robust POM/ABS plastic. Not designed for tap water pressure (4 bar)
• Full water pressure flow is maintained. No reduction in performance when used on technical equipment
• Scope of delivery: 1 quick disconnect coupling with shut-off valves

If technical devices are connected to the aquarium by hoses, the problem often arises, e.g. when dismantling for cleaning, that the hoses have to be completely dismantled. 
With the help of the quick disconnect couplings, the dismantling of technical equipment is considerably simplified: Close the stopcocks on the quick disconnect coupling, disconnect the quick disconnect coupling and the technical product is disconnected from the aquarium and can be cleaned, for example.
