JBL Artemio 1 – Live Food Rearing Cone

The best thing that can happen to a fish is live food. Artemia in particular are highly prized here and are particularly suitable for breeding young fish, but also for wild catches that are difficult to get onto the food. With the JBL Artemio 1 supplementary set to the ArtemioSet , breeding live food becomes child’s play and also prevents the introduction of undesirable bacteria or parasites, such as those caused by ponding.

Nauplii can also be used to increase spawning readiness, and it also promotes natural hunting behavior. Compared to frozen food, making your own Artemia nauplii is also much cheaper and of higher quality. This extension set can be easily set up and connected to the ArtemioSet. In this way it is possible to hatch twice the amount of nauplii.
