Digital Aquarium Disc Adhesive Thermometer

• Digital indicating aquarium thermometer that displays water temperatures from 0-40 °C in 0.1 °C increments 
• Attachment: Insert battery, peel off protective adhesive film and simply stick thermometer onto cleaned aquarium glass from the outside and press on. Due to the 2-part Velcro sticker, the thermometer can be easily removed at any time
• Accuracy: +/- 1.0 °C. Battery: 1 x AG13. Size: 6,5 cm x 5,0 cm. Digit height: 2 cm – therefore easy to read. Do NOT immerse thermometer in water! The thickness of the aquarium glass does not matter
• The water temperature is transmitted very accurately via the aquarium pane to the temperature contact on the back of the thermometer

The water temperature in aquariums has a crucial importance for animals and plants and should therefore be monitored at all costs. Most tropical ornamental fish feel most comfortable at temperatures between 24 and 26 °C. However, there are also fish that prefer lower temperatures. The discus cichlid is one of the fish that find higher temperatures between 27 and 29 °C ideal. 
The water temperature can be raised with the help of regulating heaters (JBL ProTemp S) and lowered with the help of coolers (JBL Cooler)
